Terms of Service

Seamoss Farmers Hub is a marketplace that helps growers and buyers find one another through listings, inquiries, and messaging. We provide the platform, but we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. The Service does not process payments; buyers and sellers arrange price, payment, and collection or delivery directly between themselves.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to offer the produce or represent the business you list.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the listings and messages you post. You must not list items you are not entitled to sell or that are unlawful to trade. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to store, display, and distribute it in order to operate the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data that is not yours, send spam or fraudulent inquiries, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Where you provide a phone number, you agree that we may send you transactional notifications about your listings and inquiries by email, WhatsApp, or SMS. These are service messages, not marketing, and you can contact us to adjust your contact preferences.

Any agreement to buy or sell produce is solely between the buyer and the seller. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any produce, the accuracy of any listing, or the ability of either party to complete a transaction. You deal with other users at your own risk.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamKis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any dealings with other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
